We chose to use Precision Planting products this year because we wanted to go a step further this year and get into variable rate seeding and that kind of thing.
With the 20/20 SeedSense monitor, we're able to monitor what's going on, on that planter like never before. Now with the 20/20 SeedSense, we're able to tell complete population of what we're doing across the field. We can tell singulation, so it's more than just a monitor. It tells more about what's going on, on that planter.
Precision Planting does just exactly what their name says. They have products available for the producer to assist him in making, doing a better job of planting his crop.
The more information that we get, the better job of management we can do of our crops.
If you doubt the capabilities, talk to the personnel because the personnel there, they've got the personnel to back up what they've got in the tool shed. My experience this year with Precision Planting was an excellent time.
We felt right at home and as far as felt comfortable with the new products that we had never had any experience with. It's one thing to have a good product, but it's another thing to be able to have the personnel that helps promote that product. That's one experience that we've had with Precision Planting that's been excellent.
