Data Upload

Our field data information database is growing. Click on the link below to upload your 20/20 Field Data. In addition to intepreting your data, this informaiton is helpful in adding to and improving the features of the 20/20 system.

To upload your information, please save your data into a compressed file with a .zip format (for directions on creating the .zip file click here (pdf)). Then, click on the link below and fill in the information and click submit.

2009 SeedSense PC Setup Tool

A new version of the Computer Setup Tool is now available . It includes many new enhancements to the previous versions. Click on this link to download the software you need to input your field data, hybrid information and much more.

If you do not have Microsoft NET framework 3.5, this program will auto install it for you.This is a large file that may take several minutes to download and should be done with a High Speed internet connection.

20/20 Display Software --Current Version is 3.12

Watch for new release during the last week of March 2010.

ROWFLOW USERS -- we have a custom software version for customers installing or setting up their RowFlow Systems -- please email us at 2020support@precisionplanting.com for this release.

You can verify the version currently on your display by pressing “SETUP | System Status | Device Status”. Note: You must have a version beginning with a 3.0 or higher for this release. If you have an older version email our customer support for an update file.

Features of Version 3.12

  • This releases enhances the response to Margin calculations.
  • For MeterMax Ultra, this version will support printing a pdf file to a USB drive. Whether a printer is connected or not, when "PRINT" is selected from the Print Preview page, the print job is written to a pdf file on the flash drive. This feature does not need to be configured. A new pdf file is created for each page printed. Even with a printer connected, the pdf file will still be generated as long as there is a flash drive installed in the display unit.

Download SeedSense Version 3.12 (March 15, 2010) of software (42 mb)

  1. IMPORTANT: you must have at least version 3.0 to download this version.
  2. Click on the link above and save to a USB flash drive.
  3. Insert the flash drive into a USB port on the Display Unit with the power ON.
  4. Press on "Setup | Data | Software Update" and select version and press enter.

Note: This software update supports 3.0 or newer software versions. If you have a software version on your display that begins with a 2 please email us for an update file at: 2020support@precisionplanting.com

Set up your AutoMap Account

Setting up your account is a simple process. Follow these steps and within minutes you will be able to map your fields and create prescriptions.

Have the Following Information:

  1. You or your farm's contact information
  2. A user name that must be exactly 7 characters long
  3. From your 20/20 Display monitor, the 20/20 Serial number and 20/20 Registration code.
    1. You can find these numbers in your 20/20 Display.
    2. Access the information on your Device Status page. Home the home page go to "Setup" | "Diagnose" | "Device Status"
    3. The numbers you will need are in the top left corner of this page

Device Status
To Setup your Account:

  1. Go to automap.precisionplanting.com and click on register new user.
  2. Enter your contact information into the fields and click "Continue".
  3. On the second page enter a seven digit user name, password and 20/20 Information. Click "Finish and your account will be setup.
Using your user name and password, you can access your account at automap.precisionplanting.com

Programming Instructions for WaveVision

You will need to download 4.xx.xx software on your 20/20 SeedSense monitor to program your sensors. If version 3.xxx is currently installed then upgrade to 4.xxx before installing the WV sensors. After upgrading to 4.xxx, install the WV sensors making sure to bypass the RUMs on the WV rows to allow reprogramming of the WV sensors. After the WV sensors have been programmed, they can be plugged back into the RUMs. If 4.xxx is already installed then there is no need to disconnect the sensors from the Smart Connector during future software updates. However, it will still be necessary to bypass the RUMs on the WV rows to allow reprogramming of the WV sensors following any future 2020 software update that specifically states that the WV sensor is affected by the update.
